Website design concept and visual draft created during tenure at StyleLabs, showcasing creative design exploration for hair and beauty industry branding.

This design was created during my time at StyleLabs as part of the agency's client presentation and concept development process. The brief was to design a website for a hair styling business: something that would feel polished and feminine without being generic, and that would make it easy for clients to find the services they were looking for.
Working entirely in Photoshop, I focused on typography and layout as the primary tools. Beauty industry websites tend to live or die on their visual tone, so I spent time on the details: font pairing, whitespace, how the colour palette would read against imagery, and how a stylist's work portfolio would be displayed. The goal was a design that felt like it belonged to a specific business rather than a category.
The concept was part of StyleLabs' internal presentation deck and contributed to the agency's design portfolio for prospective beauty industry clients. While it didn't reach development, it was valuable practice in designing for an audience where aesthetic trust is a direct driver of business decisions.
